Free shipping on most pieces — handbags, shoes, clothing, jewelry, and small décor ship free anywhere in the U.S. Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business daysvia USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your piece is on its way. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Higher-value pieces ($500+) ship fully insured with signature confirmation at no extra cost.

Furniture, large mirrors, lamps, and heavy glass are marked "shipping quoted separately." Because freight on these varies wildly by destination, we quote each buyer individually using USPS, UPS, or a specialty freight service — whichever is safest and most affordable for your zip code.

Once we agree on a quote, we'll send a secure payment link for the item plus shipping. Most quotes come back within 24 hours.

Garments are wrapped in tissue, handbags are stuffed and dust-bagged when available, and fragile pieces are double-boxed. We reuse and recycle shipping materials wherever we can — vintage at heart, even in how we pack.

We want you to love what arrives. If a piece isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Buyer covers return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the item arriving back to us.

Final sale: jewelry, intimates, and any piece marked "as-is."

Every designer piece — Saint Laurent, Telfar, Jordan, Brighton, and everything in between — is personally inspected and verified before listing. Photos show real condition, including any honest flaws.

If a piece ever turns out not to be as described, return it within 14 days for a full refund, shipping included. No questions, no restocking fees.
